Your First Resume

If you are new to the job scene, then writing a resume, may seem daunting..

What do your write?

Take a note pad, and start making notes, of all the extra's you did in school:

sports
clubs

Plus add any volunteer work you have done, your interests, and of course any part time jobs you had.

Ask your family and friends, what are their opinions of your strong points, and what you are good at..

Are you a team leader?
Are you an organizer?
Or do you prefer to quietly do research

Make a list of all your good points, and then create a resume using all of the above.

Just because you didn't get paid to do a job, doesn't mean it doesn't count as a job. A potential employer will want to know your strengths, no matter what type of job you did.
Good Luck!
